Flexibility, comfortability, and control are what artists like about recording at Sympul Studio. The high pressure that can be felt in a studio can often prevent artists from really conveying what they really want to record. Your ability to reach your potential are paramount for us. We succeed when you succeed.

Keeping it Real

Technology is wonderful and makes our lives easier, but it is becoming far too easy for producers and engineers to "fix up" the sound. At SymPul we try to keep your music real. We have the ability to fix a multitude of mistakes, large and small but we encourage the musicians to get it right and improve their music so that we are not relying on digital enhancement to make a project excellent.

A Legacy - Heritage Recording

Do you wish to pass on your musical talent to future generations of your family? We offer a service that will allow you to record your musical talents and pass them onto your children. You do not even have to have a career in music. We will record you with your chosen instrument and place it on a CD. We have packages that include duplication of up to 10 CDs, mixing and mastering starting at $1000. Please contact Derek Pulliam for more information.

Full Band

Full band recording starts at $550/song (recommend 3 songs minimum) and includes the following:

  • Recording time in studio for 4 or 5 piece band
  • Four hours audio editing per song
  • Up to ten hours mixing per song
  • Includes mastering at $50/song
  • Two master CDs to be sent away for duplication

Rates

  • Studio tracking space
    • Hourly - $20/hr + $30/hr Audio Technician
    • Daily - $150/day + $200/day Audio Technician
  • Mixdown - $250/song - $30/hr
  • Bounce to 1/2" magnetic tape - $50 setup and $20/song
  • Audio Editing - $100/song - $30/hr

Additonal Services

  • Live Recording - Starting at $250 for 8 raw tracks and pro tools session on DVD
  • CD duplication - $65 setup + $3.50/CD, includes 2 page CD case insert and color CD
